Arthur brings with him 20 years of sales, marketing and general management experience in the Information Technology and Internet Industry. He is a serial entrepreneur who found Asian Information Resources Ltd. (GEM: 8025) and Green Tomato Ltd. more than 10 years ago. He is currently the Founder and CEO of Marco Polo E-commerce (Holding) Ltd., a company specialized in B2C e-commerce in China with Alibaba.com as the initial founding shareholder. Arthur is currently Chairman of Hangzhou UCO Cosmetics Ltd. (杭州悠可化妝品有限公司), a company invested by Marco Polo E-Commerce (Holding) Ltd. UCO is the leading online cosmetics retailers and distributors with direct brand authorization. Currently UCO runs more than 10 online shops and carries 20+ international leading brands, including Clinique, Clarins, Elizabeth Arden, Vichy and the popular Korean brands Thefaceshop, Missha, skinfood…

Prior to founding Marco Polo E-commerce (Holding) Ltd., Arthur was Vice President of Global Sales for Alibaba.com (HKSE:1688), responsible for driving the global revenue and paid membership development outside mainland China. Arthur has also held various management positions in multi-national IT companies, including VeriSign’s Asian Managing Director (NASDAQ: VRSN), General Manager of the Joint Venture of General Electric Information Services in China with China Telecom in Beijing.

Arthur is active in the Internet and Information Technology industry, and a frequent speaker at numerous regional conferences. Some of the industry bodies he has served include Hong Kong Computer Society, Innovation and Technology Association (ITA), Hong Kong Wireless Development Centre and the China E-commerce Association. Mr. Chang is also a panellist of .com, .cn and .hk domain names offered by Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre, the first of its nature in Asia.

Arthur holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Studies from the University of Hong Kong and a MBA degree from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
