Aimone Ripa di Meana, 31, is CEO and Co-Founder Crossborder Marketplace for Lazada Group based in Hong Kong. He has been with Lazada Group since June 2012.  

Aimone drives the acquisition and development of sellers across the world, offering a one-stop solution to the Southeast Asian online market with secured payment options, wide distribution networks and customer care support. Together with his team, Aimone aligns all aspects of the crossborder business and operations.  

He started his career with Lazada Group as MD and Co-Founder of Lazada Thailand. Within one year, he set up the operations for what is now the largest market of the company. Prior to joining Lazada Group, Aimone worked for McKinsey & Company in Milan and London.  

Aimone graduated with a first-class honours in International Relations MA from St Andrews University and holds an MPA in Public Policy and Administration from the London School ofEconomics & Political Science (LSE).
