Xu Ping, a General Manager of Henan Imported Materials Public Bonded Center. She had a long experience in process of Free Tariff logistic in Mainland China and abroad for more than 15 years. She began her startup in year 2005, and by 2008, she own 49% shares of Henan Imported Materials Public Bonded Center, as well as became a general manager since then.

She went through a lot of changes and went through projects including Cross Border E-Commerce Pilot cities in Zhengzhou. She was the one who pull the projects, platform, and became the leader of Cross Border E-Commerce industry. In May 10 this year, Xi Jin Ping announced that Zhengzhou as one of the pilot cities, shall be encouraged to become the city where “People BUY from worldwide, SELL to worldwide”.
